  • High School English Teacher, GSA Advisor
  • Goes by Mr. Wheeler
  • Tough love teacher when it comes to students who remind him of himself (closed off, assholes, pretending not to care), and he pushes them through his curriculum to be more vulnerable and understanding
  • Acts like he's more strict and standoffish, but he gives in to most things his students ask of him
  • Students just pop into his class during lunch or after hours to talk shit, eat his snacks, and sit in his chair
  • Students keep trying to involve him in tiktok trends
Will Byers-Wheeler
  • High School Art Teacher, GSA Advisor
  • Goes by Mr. Byers
  • Is a total sweetheart and has a very dedicated portion of students that love him, thats why if he seems stern or slightly raises his voice it shakes everyone into place
  • He regularly gets baked goods, gift cards, and portraits from his students

  • They were initally closeted but it was hard to hide when they got married, the school tried to quietly "let them go", a schoolwide protest began led by Max, they came back with the GSA club
  • Will shows up to Mikes class during lunch and the students go "OOOOOOOO", so Will chooses to play it up. Will: "hey baby" Mike: "....hi...." Will: "aren't you going to call me it back" Mike:"........hi...............baby........" cue students hooting, hollering and losing their shit
  • šŸ Mike sneaks up on Will while heā€™s teaching and he doesnā€™t notice yet because heā€™s turned around and the class is silently snicking waiting for him to notice, He sits down and acts like heā€™s a student too. Mike would call Will and raise his hand like "Mr Byersssssssssssssssssss" and then he shows crudely drawn stick figures kissing
